Dr. Lal is a senior gastroenterologist with over 25 years of specialist experience in gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and advanced procedures such as ERCP and EUS. New Zealand trained, he is a gastroenterology consultant at Middlemore Hospital. He also consults from the Ormiston Specialist Centre and performs endoscopy at Ormiston.
He combines a meticulous, safety-focused approach with a strong emphasis on communication and patient reassurance. Dinesh is passionate about preventative care, particularly in the early detection of bowel cancer.
